Inputs by Hiring Manager (Siddhartha Srivastava) on Internal Description IT related AMCs GRN & Data validation Vendor Management & discussion with sourcing on Contract renewal of AMC, Internet other services etc Financial yearend closer processes (Data creation, provision, discussions with CC, Sourcing, Taxation, Manager) Discussions with vendors on new requirment on Assets : Servers, Licenses, SW etc Discussions with vendors on new internet & other telecom requirment Prepare DATA on collecting the BOE, HWBILL, Inoivce details from SEZ SPOC & Vendors along with couriering activity for international transactions Follow ups with vendor over on delivery of assets Shopping Cart creation after seeking approvals Skill sets that would be required for handling this role.. Basic understanding of GST and other taxes Financial report review knowledge Vendor Management Follow up’s on vendor payment Creating Annual reports Financial & yearend closer reports Procurement & Invoicing related knowledge -=-=-=-=- Job Summary: We are now looking for a Local Administrator to perform specifically identified administrative activities in the local legal entity.  The administrative activities are performed as a service for other functional area owners, to support different processes.
