Greetings from Global HR Solutions!!!   We have an opening with our client inKochi,Keralafor acustomer support Lead.   Job Description Customer Support Lead Job Title: Customer Support Lead, India (Apps) Experience : 5+ years, 2+ years as a CS lead     The gig: You have good understanding Mobile Apps & SaaS, and an enthusiasm for helping technically savvy customers to overcome challenges. You will be an integral member of our Customer Support team, responsible for solution management on support tickets including troubleshooting issues and/or questions, technical escalations, liaising with product & engineering and relationship management. About You: Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, multi-task, and perform under pressure. A problem solver who is able to make smart simplifying assumptions. Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly (we have frequent product releases and integrations) and ability to think creatively. Solid technical background (BTech in Computer Science, or commensurate experience is preferred but not required). You are a self-starter, motivated, with a demonstrated willingness to succeed.   Must Haves Excellent English language skills (written) Previous experience in customer support (written) Experience working with international customers Good analytical skills, pays attention to detail Embodies our core values: o We Are Customer Obsessed o We Are Awesome with People o We Ship, Improve, Repeat o We Are Open, Honest and Constructive o We Win and Lose as a Team o Weve Got Grit   Nice to Haves: Understanding of support ticketing systems (preferably Zendesk) Basic coding and programming knowledge considered a plus experience in auto testing of react apps is a big plus knowledge of clojurescript is a big plus Software Testing experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Great if you have Python+Selenium experience   Responsibilities Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience via Zendesk. Develop and maintain a technical understanding of FullContact’s suite of Apps Collect information and document bugs with Engineering for product issues that are impacting customers.
