Development and maintenance of strong internal / external customer relations in support of mutual business interests. Identification of any negative indications of process flow inconsistencies and escalate swiftly and promptly to ensure action with satisfactory results. Achievement of deliverables in line with financial, time and quality requirements to ensure contractual commitments are met or exceeded. Successfully manage multiple projectsfor all INO areas Consult and manage project teams for program development / project management and the evolution of INO. Act as point of contact for all INO related on transversal issues and represent the entity in cross-functional boards. Own specific INO programs / projects. Take responsibility for the maintenance of pro-grams / projects information, records, files, policies and procedures as needed. Propose, institute or augment the necessary methods, systems and tools supporting the teams objectives in an effort to provide optimal results and minimal risk. Facilitate and action upon ENO related requests for modifications and enhancement that meet and exceed agreements and expectations.
