Responsible for full Office Administration, Facilities and Organizational DevelopmentEnsuring that each Store is getting the ordered items in time through proper supply chain Management. Responsible for direct Reporting to the Managing Director Responsible for Making MIS Report Maintaining records of Customer request what they are looking for any special request is to be consider. Inventory Management & valuation. Check & Maintain everyday Store opening & Closing balance Material receiving time check with challan & maintain the same with excel sheet. Payments processing for supplier. Taking care for the food license For special Events prepare presentation for Customer . Taking feedback from guest after Event. Maintain the Guest Detail. Organizing promotional activities. Taking the briefing of staff on daily basis .Duty Timing. Responsibility for loss control regular maintenance check on all equipment. Making the Roaster of Team Members productivity based. To prepare & documents the, Cost controlling, FMCG controller sheet & COGS Reports. Quality check of stock & Store room. Update the scheme data files & (P&L) on daily basis, Goods reports of the fast as well as slow moving goods, Taking care of fill rate according to the store requisition, Clearing the invoices,Coordination between the Entire outlets and the higher / senior management.
