Analysis of driver, partners, and customer metrics to properly allocate supply, guide incentive programs, improve driver behaviour and engagement,  and ensure high-quality experiences on the Uber system Manage driver relations, identify and take on problem areas for drivers, and continuously improve the driver experience on the Uber platform A key cog towards excellent customer experience is well trained drivers. We are looking at ways to improve our driver training process at scale Scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow; analyze the business to track and improve metrics and profitability You will be constantly innovating to manage situations unique to your city 1+ years of experience in operations management at a large business, or growing a start-up Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking. Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment Flexible and forward thinking – we need someone sharp and eager to play with different models to help us scale. Self-starter and collaborative leader. Everywhere you go, you cant help but mobilize people, build things, resolve problems, get into the details, go above and beyond, and draw out the best in people. You are a doer and motivator of others. SQL knowledge a plus, but not required
